About Karate Five

Karate Five is a martial arts school created to serve the inner-city community of Knoxville, Tennessee. Since 1974, we have been using martial arts to develop self-esteem, confidence, and discipline in every student. ​

Thanks to the generosity and commitment of our individual, corporate, and organizational sponsors, K-5 has been a fixture of the Knoxville community for over forty years.

K-5 is a registered non-profit organization in the state of Tennessee. Donors can deduct contributions made to our school under the IRS Code (IRC) Section 170
